Return and Refund Policy
At Superfamily USA, we want you to shop with confidence.
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at super@superfamilyusa.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards

Sale Items
Most sale and discounted items are eligible for return under the same 15-day return policy unless they are specifically marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product?
The quickest way is to return your original item after it's been approved and place a new order for the item you'd like. This helps ensure the fastest delivery and product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
